There were no samples taken to monitor for internal parasites for the adult dogs in the last 12 months. The written program of veterinary care states that composite fecal samples on adult dogs will be conducted at least annually. Failure to conduct annual sampling can effect the preventative program for internal parasites established for the adult dogs. Licensee must follow the written program of veterinary care on file for sampling for internal parasites. Correct by November 1, 2023.
