3.13(a)(3) (Non-Critical) – Veterinary care for dogs.
There are four adult dogs that are not up to date on all of the vaccines required by the Animal Welfare Act under §3.13(a)(3). The required vaccines are for distemper and parvovirus (which make up the “7 way” vaccine) and rabies. These are contagious viruses which could cause illness, discomfort, or even death if contracted. The facility must ensure that vaccinations for contagious or deadly diseases such as distemper, parvovirus, and rabies are performed according to a schedule approved by the attending veterinarian. This is a 1st Re-License Inspection for a Class “B” license. The inspection and exit briefing were conducted with the applicants. All items must be in compliance within 2 more inspections or by January 19, 2026, or the applicant will forfeit the license fee and must wait 6 months to reapply. Please contact your inspector to schedule your next Re-License Inspection. Regulated activity can continue under your existing USDA license until January 19, 2026. n

2.126(b) (Non-Critical) – Access and inspection of records and property; submission of itineraries.
A responsible adult was not available to accompany APHIS Officials during the inspection process at 3:30 PM on 4/28/2026. The inspector attempted to contact the licensee by speaking to the Licensee who stated no one was available for an inspection. Failure to provide access to the facility, animals, and records for inspection is a violation of the AWA and regulations. Continued failure to provide access is serious and may result in enforcement action. End Section
