At the time of inspection, the program of veterinary care, contingency plan, record of animals on hand, and records of acquisition and disposition were not available for review by the inspector. Review of records required by the Animal Welfare Act facilitates the inspection process by allowing the inspector to determine compliance of documents and evaluate animal welfare. The facility shall ensure that records required by the Animal Welfare Act (AWA) and the regulations are available for APHIS officials to review on all inspections. Correct by: January 16,2026.
