The current program of veterinary care (PVC) was incomplete. The sections for vaccinations, parasite control, emergency care, euthanasia, and additional topics were not completed for the mammals present. It is important to have this information to ensure that the animals involved are provided with adequate veterinary care as required. Each dealer shall employ an attending veterinarian under formal arrangements. Formal arrangements shall include a written program of veterinary care and regularly scheduled visits to the premises.
