There has been no complete veterinary exams for the adults dogs in the kennel since September 20th, 2023. There were no exams scheduled at the time of inspection. Veterinary exams are required to protect the health and wellbeing of the dogs. In addition the licensee was using a computerized medical record system to keep records of vaccines and dewormers provided by the facility. The system had a schedule of planned activities but the treatments were not being saved to individual dogs when they were completed. Medical records for dogs shall be kept and maintained by the dealer or exhibitor for at least 1 year after the dog is euthanized or disposed of by the facility. A complete physical exam from head to tail of each dog by the attending veterinarian is required not less then once every 12 months. Medical records must be updated. Correction by January 31st, 2024 This inspection and exit interview were conducted with a facility representative. n
