3.11(c) (Non-Critical) – Cleaning, sanitization, housekeeping, and pest control.
Along the entire back side of the outdoor enclosures east of the driveway, had tall weeds and brush growing into the enclosures.. The tall weeds and brush were several feet tall. There were random spots of tall weeds along the edges of enclosures throughout the kennel area. Tall weeds, grass, and brush can harbor insects, pests, and vermin. The insects, pests and vermin can bite and irritate the dogs, contaminate the environment, food and water, and increase the risk of potential disease to the dogs. The licensee must remove the weeds /brush and maintain them to prevent or eliminate breeding and living areas for rodents and other pests and vermin. To be corrected by: June 6, 2026 This inspection and exit interview were conducted with the licensee. n
