3.6(a)(1) (Non-Critical) – Primary enclosures.
On the South side of the sheltered building, the last two enclosures had holes in the wall along the west side of the dog entry doors. The holes in the last enclosure were chewed out by the dogs and could see the insulation in the building. The holes where big enough that dogs feet or legs could get trapped or injured. These holes also prevent proper cleaning. The licensee must repair the holes and gaps in the wall and keep the facility maintained at all times. To be corrected by, 20 May 2026

3.11(c) (Non-Critical) – Cleaning, sanitization, housekeeping, and pest control.
There was a pile of trash and junk located next to the outside enclosures on the north side of the kennel building and grime and clutter on the inside of the building. The trash included several discarded feed bags. The accumulation of trash and debris can attract and harbor pests that can harm the dogs. The licensee must keep the building and premises free of accumulations of trash, junk, debris, and wastes. To be corrected by, 20 May 2026 This inspection and exit interview were conducted with the licensee. Additional Inspectors: ERIKA LEISNER, VETERINARY MEDICAL OFFICER n
