A responsible adult was not available to accompany APHIS Officials during the inspection process at 11:15 a.m.–11:45 a.m. on 02 JUN 21. Upon arrival at the facility I knocked on the door. I also called the contact number and left a message. I then waited in my vehicle for 30 minutes and departed. End Section

2.134(a) (Non-Critical) – Contingency planning.
The licensee does not have a contingency plan for their facility. Lack of contingency planning does not ensure that adequate and appropriate care will be provided to the animals in the event of an emergency or disaster. The licensee must develop, document, and follow an appropriate plan to provide for the humane handling, treatment, transportation, housing, and care of their animals in the event of an emergency or disaster (one which could reasonably be anticipated and expected to be detrimental to the health and well-being of the animals in their possession).
