2.75(a)(1) (Non-Critical) – Records: Dealers and exhibitors.
One adult female Havanese dog was still listed as present on the facility’s record of animals on hand (Form 7005) but was not present on the property. According to the licensee, she was donated a few months ago but they couldn’t find a copy of her disposition record (Form 7006). Having accurate acquisition and disposition records is critical to allow inspectors to track animals both born on the property and imported into the facility as well as those leaving the facility. Correct by September 19, 2025 by ensuring that all required disposition information is recorded and that records match the inventory of animals on site.
2.75(a)(2) (Non-Critical) – Records: Dealers and exhibitors.
Two puppies born on site and an adopted adult female dog are not listed on the facility’s record of animals on hand (Form 7005) but are present on the property. One female Yorkshire Terrier and one male Havanese were born from litters on site and kept for breeding purposes but have not been added to the record of animals on hand even though they are older than 4 months of age. Additionally, an adult, intact female labradoodle was adopted as a family pet and is also not listed on the record of animals on hand. Having accurate and up to date records regarding animals on hand (7005) is critical to allow inspectors to track animals both born on the property and brought onto the property. Correct by September 19, 2025 by ensuring that all required acquisition information is recorded on the required Form 7005. This inspection and exit interview were conducted with the licensee. n
