A responsible adult was not available to accompany APHIS Officials during the inspection process at 11:00am on 03-Jan- 2022. Inspector arrived at 11:00am. Mr. Hoffman was home but leaving to attend to a personal issue. He stated he would not be avaliable to accompany the inspector for an inspection. Inspector informed him that an Attempted Inspection report would be written and then left site. End Section
