There were no records of dogs that were screened for heartworm and intestinal parasites for the last year. The written program of veterinary care on file states that at least 2 adult dogs will be sampled for heartworm and 3 adult dogs will be sampled for intestinal parasites at least annually. Failure to maintain records of which dogs were sampled for heartworm and intestinal parasites along with dates and findings makes it difficult to evaluate the health status of the dogs. Licensee must maintain dates and findings/results of all screenings, tests, and examinations performed on the dogs. Correct by July 27, 2024. This inspection and exit interview were conducted with the licensee. n
