3.13(a)(3) (Non-Critical) – Veterinary care for dogs.
The adult population has not been sampled for fecal parasites in the past year. The program of veterinary care requires the licensee to do fecal tests on 10% of the population annually. Not sampling the adult population for fecal parasites as required by the program of veterinary care doesn’t ensure the population is free from the various fecal parasites that can infect them. The licensee must sample the adult population for fecal parasites in accordance with the written directive that is in the program of veterinary care. Correct by 7/24/26.

3.13(b)(4) (Non-Critical) – Veterinary care for dogs.
Annual exams have been completed, but the licensee does not have documentation of the results and findings of the annual exams. Not having documentation of the results of the annual exams doesn’t allow the inspector to ensure the population is in good health and that the dogs have been examined by the attending veterinarian. The dates and findings/results of the annual exams must be documented and be available to the APHIS inspector to review during inspection. Correct starting on 6/24/26. This inspection and exit interview were conducted with the licensee. End of report. n
