A responsible adult was not available to accompany APHIS Officials during the inspection process at 11:15 am on October 17, 2024. The inspector attempted to contact the licensee by knocking on doors and honking the vehicle horn. After no one was found, the inspector called the licensee’s phone and left message. There being no contact from the licensee after 30 minutes, the inspector left the property.
