The last kennel visit conducted by the attending veterinarian was 4 April 2022. Regularly scheduled visits to the kennel by the attending veterinarian ensures the adequacy of veterinarian care and other aspects of animal care. The licensee must ensure that the attending veterinarian visits the kennel not less than once every 12 months. Correct by 30 August 2023.

3.13(a)(2) (Non-Critical) – Veterinary care for dogs.
The last complete physical examination of each dog in the kennel by the attending veterinarian was on 4 April 2022. An annual physical examination of the dogs by a veterinarian helps ensure adequate veterinarian care is provided. The licensee must have their attending veterinarian conduct a complete physical examination from head to tail of each dog not less than once every 12 months.
