There were no dates recorded for the administration of distemper and parvovirus vaccines for the adult dogs. Failure to keep and maintain records on the dates and administration of all vaccines and treatments makes it difficult to determine when the dogs were last vaccinated or received treatments. Licensee must keep and maintain records of the names and dates of all vaccines and treatments administered to adult dogs. Correct by November 26, 2022. There were 7 young dogs and 3 older adult dogs that were not officially identified by means of a tag, tattoo, or microchip. Failure to officially identify all dogs on premises makes it difficult to keep track of animals. Licensee must ensure that all dogs over 16 weeks of age are officially identified with a tag, tattoo, or microchip. Correct by March 16, 2024.
