2.75(a)(1) (Non-Critical) – Records: Dealers and exhibitors.
The APHIS 7006 for 7 dogs sold were incomplete. The information on the dog, date of disposition, buyer/receiver and seller was not on the forms. Incomplete records prevent the ability to track the dogs that are purchased, traded, sold or leave by other methods. Each dealer, other than operators of auction sales and brokers to whom animals are consigned, and each exhibitor shall make, keep, and maintain records or forms which fully and correctly disclose the information (2.75 (a)(1)(i-viii)) concerning each dog purchased or otherwise acquired, owned, held, or otherwise in his or her possession or under his or her control, or which is transported, euthanized, sold, or otherwise disposed of by that dealer or exhibitor. These records must be completed and made available to APHIS upon request. To be corrected from this day (3 February 2026) forward. This inspection and exit interview were conducted with a facility representative. n
