3.13(b)(4) (Non-Critical) – Veterinary care for dogs.
The licensee has heartworm tested all his adult dogs in the past year and has sampled his adult population for fecal parasites, but he does not have the documentation of the fecal tests that were done and is missing the heartworm test results for at least two of the adult dogs. Not having records of all routine test results doesn’t allow APHIS officials to be able to review and ensure these tests have been conducted in accordance with the schedule that is in the program of veterinary care. The licensee must keep records of all routine test results that are done on all dogs. Correct starting on 6/24/26. This inspection and exit interview were conducted with the licensee. End of report. n
