The wooden surfaces along the floor and wall in two of the three enclosures in the new building show evidence of the dogs chewing on the wood. The wooden surfaces around the outside door frames of the doggie doors in building #1 also show evidence of chewing. The wood appears splintered with fresh wood evident and is no longer sealed. These chewed surfaces cannot be cleaned and sanitized appropriately. The facility shall maintain all surfaces on a regular basis so that they can be readily cleaned and sanitized. Correct by 5/15/24. This inspection and exit interview were conducted with the licensee. n
