A responsible adult was not available to accompany APHIS Officials during the inspection process at 5 pm on Thursday, July 10, 2026. The inspectors attempted to contact the licensee by knocking on the doors to the house and barn. An inspector called the phone number on file but the voicemail identified the line as an individual not associated with the licensee. The inspectors waited in the driveway for approximately 30 minutes. An attempted inspection leave-behind flyer was left. Failure to provide access to the facility, animals, and records for inspection is a violation of the AWA and regulations.
