2.126(b) (Non-Critical) – Access and inspection of records and property; submission of itineraries.
A responsible adult was not available to accompany APHIS Officials during the inspection process between 11am and 11:40 am on 04-DEC-23. The inspector knocked on the door to the house and the shop just after 11 am on December 4th, there was no answer. A message was left on the contact number on file at 11:07. The inspector left at 11:40am. The licensee called the inspector at 8:50am on 05-Dec-23 and explained that they were at work the previous day and that Tuesday and Thursdays would be better days for inspection. End Section

3.1(e) (Non-Critical) – Housing facilities, general.
During inspection it was found that dog food bags were stored in the shop away from the wall but directly on the concrete floor. Storing food directly on the floor makes it so there is a higher risk of pest infestation and there is less ability to clean around and under the stored food. All food and bedding supplies must be stored away from the walls and off the floor. All open supplies of food and bedding must be kept in leakproof containers with tightly fitting lids to prevent contamination and spoilage. Correction Date: January 6th, 2024 This inspection and exit interview were conducted with a facility representative. n
