3.13(a)(3) (Non-Critical) – Veterinary care for dogs.
There were 8 dogs that were overdue for distemper vaccines. The Program of Veterinary Care states distemper vaccines are to be performed annually. Two dogs (Sheba, Angel) had not received distemper vaccines since 2021. One dog (Judy) had not received a distemper vaccine since 2022. Five dogs (McKenzie, Baylie, Autumn, Sunshine, and Whiskers) had not received distemper vaccines since 2023. Failure to follow the vaccine schedule in the Program of Veterinary Care may result in susceptibility to serious infectious diseases. Each dealer must follow the schedule for vaccines, including distemper, in the program of veterinary care.
