3.1(c)(1)(ii) (Non-Critical) – Housing facilities, general.
There are sharp points and sharp and jagged edges in 4 enclosures affecting 7 dogs. The sharp points are created from twisted wires protruding into and at the dog level. The sharp edges are from metal flashing used to cover wooden posts that the dogs have chewed and pulled upon. These sharp points and edges could cause injury to the dogs. The licensee must remove/repair these surfaces to protect the dogs from injury. The licensee must ensure that all enclosures are free of jagged edges or sharp points that might injure the animals at all times. To be corrected by: 17 Sep 24
