A responsible adult was not available to accompany APHIS Officials during the inspection process at about 11:40am on 5/11/2026. The inspector attempted to contact the licensee. A person at the facility said the licensee was not there and would not be available for the remainder of the day. Failure to provide access to the facility, animals, and records for inspection is a violation of the AWA and regulations.
