2.50(a)(2) (Non-Critical) – Time and method of identification.
A litter of ten Great Dane puppies, approximately 5 weeks old, did not have identification. Other puppies in the kennel were identified with a cage card attached to their enclosure, but none was present for the Great Danes. Nor were any previous cage cards saved. It is difficult to trace individuals in the event of a disease outbreak without identification. Live puppies, less than 16 weeks of age, shall be identified by one of the acceptable methods, including cage cards. Correct by: July 14, 2025

This document could not be found. It is difficult to follow the PVC without all the necessary information, therefore animal health may be at risk. The complete written program of veterinary care must be kept, maintained, and made available for APHIS inspection. Correct by: July 14, 2025 This inspection and exit interview were conducted with the facility representative. Additional Inspectors: Alexandra Calderon, VETERINARY MEDICAL OFFICER n
