3.13(a)(1) (Non-Critical) – Veterinary care for dogs.
The licensee is not following the schedule in the written program of veterinary care (PVC) for regularly scheduled visits by the attending veterinarian. The written PVC specifies the vet must visit at least once every 12 months. The last time the veterinarian was at the facility was 5/2/2025. While the veterinarian has observed puppies in the clinic, they must make visits to the facility where dogs are held to assess and ensure the adequacy of veterinary care and other aspects of care and use. Correct by having the attending veterinarian visit the facility for these purposes on schedule as written in the program of veterinary care, which must not be less than once every 12 months. Correct by July 31, 2026. This inspection and exit interview were conducted with the facility representative. n
