Two primary enclosures contained damaged floors. The floor tray for “Ben’s,” microchip# 900215002445098, primary enclosure had a jagged-edged deficit that spanned the entire front of the kennel. The floor tray for “Clifford’s,” microchip# 70000000100278, primary enclosure had a jagged-edged deficit in the front of the kennel that was approximately 12 inches by 6 inches. Failure to maintain primary enclosures can allow for holes or sharp points which can result in injury, entrapment, or escape of the animals. Primary enclosures must be kept in good repair to protect the animals from injury. Correct by 6/1/22. This inspection and exit interview were conducted with facility representatives. n
