There were two young Pomeranians that were born on March 1st, 2024 and bought from another breeder. There was no record of acquisition for the two dogs and they had not been added to the inventory of dogs on hand. Accurate record keeping is crucial for ensuring a thorough inspection and needed to rapidly identify and trace animals in a potential disease outbreak. Each dealer/breeder shall make, keep, and maintain records or forms which fully and correctly disclose required information concerning each dog or cat purchased or otherwise acquired, owned, held, or otherwise in his or her possession or under his or her control, or which is transported, euthanized, sold, or otherwise disposed of by that dealer or exhibitor.
