The facility does not have medical records for a female Cavalier (microchip number 13881). The applicant stated that the dog had received all required vaccinations but does not have a medical record documenting the vaccines or treatments administered or the dates of administration. Failure to document all treatments and vaccinations administered to the dogs restricts APHIS inspectors ability to determine compliance with the AWA and to ensure that the Attending Veterinarians instructions are being followed.
