2.50(a)(1) (Non-Critical) – Time and method of identification.
None of the adult dogs are properly identified by either a USDA tag, tattoo, or microchip. Not having proper identification on all dogs doesn’t allow for APHIS officials to properly track the dogs through the kennel. All dogs must be identified with either an official USDA tag, tattoo, or microchip. Correct by 6/13/25.

2.75(a)(2) (Non-Critical) – Records: Dealers and exhibitors.
The licensee is not currently using APHIS Form 7006 to record the disposition of her dogs. Not using APHIS Forms 7006 doesn’t allow APHIS officials to properly track the disposition of dogs from the kennel. The licensee must either start using the APHIS Form 7006 or must request a variance from the office to be allowed to use other disposition forms. Correct starting on 6/13/25.

3.11(a) (Non-Critical) – Cleaning, sanitization, housekeeping, and pest control.
During inspection, I observed the outdoor runs of the enclosures to have an excessive amount of fecal material, more than I would expect from the number of dogs in the enclosures over the course of a day. I asked the licensee when was the last time they were scooped. She responded they were last scooped three days ago. Not cleaning the outdoor part of the enclosures on a daily basis to prevent an excessive accumulation of feces can attract pests and can contribute to the spread of disease. Excreta and food waste must be removed from the enclosures on a daily basis to prevent an excessive accumulation of feces. Correct starting on 5/14/25. This inspection and exit interview were conducted with the licensee. End of report. n
