The vaccines for the dogs are not stored at the proper temperature inside the refrigerator. The label on the vaccines states they are to be stored at 35-46 degrees F, but the temperature in the refrigerator is 51 degrees F according to the inspector’s Kestrel. Storing vaccines at improper temperatures may cause them to lose their effectiveness and leave the animals without proper protection against serious and deadly diseases. Dealers must use appropriate methods to prevent, control, diagnose, and treat diseases and injuries. The licensee must store the vaccinations within the proper temperature range and ensure that all medical products for the dogs are properly stored at all times.
