2.126(b) (Non-Critical) – Access and inspection of records and property; submission of itineraries.
A responsible adult was not available to accompany APHIS Officials during the inspection process at 2:30 pm on 19OCT2022. Spoke to Mr. Lapp at facility. He couldn’t accompany an inspection today as he is needed at work. Usually, his brother is there to cover for him, but he is out of town. Mr. Lapp will update me weekly on his availability. 3.1(c)(3) (Non-Critical) – Housing facilities, general.
Organic material, dust, and other debris has accumulated under the enclosures and in other areas of the kennel such as floors, corners, shelves, cabinets, etc.. Disease hazards may flourish in this organic film, posing a health risk for the dogs. Surfaces of housing facilities must be cleaned and sanitized when necessary to satisfy generally accepted husbandry standards and practices. Sanitization may be done using any of the approved methods. Correct by December 13, 2022 This inspection and exit interview were conducted with licensee. n
