An enclosure housing four adult huskies has sharp points on the door. The braided wire fence door has a hole at approximately eye level of the dogs. The hole was repaired with a portion of galvanized fence panel that has sharp points present. Additionally, the door has one strand of barbed wire along the top. Primary enclosures that contain sharp points can subject the animals to injury. Correct by ensuring that primary enclosures are constructed and maintained in a way that they have no sharp points or edges that could injure the dogs. Correct by 22-December-2023. The applicant has been operating as a dealer after the license had expired on 02-September-2025. Five puppies were sold on 08-September-2025 following the license expiration. Correct by ensuring that a valid license is obtained before operating as a dealer, exhibitor, or operator of an auction or sale. This is a 1st Re-License Inspection for a Class “A” license. The inspection and exit briefing were conducted with the applicant. All items must be in compliance within 2 more inspections or by 16-November-2025 or the applicant will forfeit the license fee and must wait 6 months to reapply. Please contact your inspector to schedule your next Re-License Inspection. Regulated activity can continue under your existing USDA license until it expires. n
