3.13(a)(3) (Non-Critical) – Veterinary care for dogs.
The facility is not following the written Program of Veterinary Care (PVC). The PVC states that 10% of adults will be fecal tested yearly. Fecal sampling on adults was not performed in 2025. Failure to conduct sampling in accordance with a veterinary approved schedule may result in animals to not be adequately protected against disease and/or can cause pain and distress. Correct by ensuring all animals are sampled in accordance with the schedule approved by the Attending Veterinarian. Correct by 6-MAY-2026. This inspection and exit interview were conducted with the Licensee. n
