The following dogs have no history of receiving a rabies vaccination: • Adult female Aussie Doodle (#8009) • Adult female Aussie Doodle (#2305) • Adult female Aussie Doodle (#0887) • Adult female Aussie Doodle (#3623) • Adult female Aussie Doodle (#0168) • Adult female Bernedoodle (#5011) • Adult female Bernedoodle (#5028) • Adult female Bernedoodle (#5027) • Adult female Bernedoodle (#5014) • Adult female Bichon (#3244) • Adult female Cavapoo (#1308) • Adult male Cavalier King Charles Spaniel (#2999) • Adult female Cockapoo (#0428) • Adult female Cockapoo (#0430) • Adult female Goldendoodle (#9028) • Adult female Goldendoodle (#6875) • Adult female Sheepadoodle (#5160) • Adult female Sheepadoodle (#5154) • Adult female Sheepadoodle (#0148) • Adult female Poodle (#7940) • Adult male Poodle (#8018) • Adult male Poodle (#0890) • Adult male Poodle (#4115) • Adult male Poodle (#0889) • Adult male Poodle (#2437) • Adult male Poodle (#4161) • Adult male Poodle (#5067) • Adult male Poodle (#5079) • Adult male Poodle (#4289) Failure to administer required vaccines in accordance with a veterinary approved schedule leaves the dogs susceptible to rabies, which is a life-threatening disease, and, if contracted, may cause pain, distress, and suffering. Correct by ensuring all animals are vaccinated in accordance with the guidelines and schedule approved by the Attending Veterinarian and the vaccine manufacturer. This is a 1st Re-License Inspection for a Class “A” license. The inspection and exit briefing were conducted with the applicant. All items must be in compliance within 2 more inspections or by October 12, 2024 or the applicant will forfeit the license fee and must wait 6 months to reapply. Please contact your inspector to schedule your next Re-License Inspection. Regulated activity can continue under your existing USDA license until it expires. n
