A written exercise plan for dogs was not available for review. The facility houses dogs in groups or individually and the enclosures provide adequate floor space to meet exercise requirements. Failure to provide a written exercise plan may result in lack of sufficient exercise to maintain physical health and well- being of the dogs. Dealers must develop, document, and follow an appropriate plan, approved by the attending veterinarian, to provide dogs with the opportunity for exercise and the plan must be available to APHIS upon request.
