The applicant said that within the last 6 weeks they sold 3 Tibetan Mastiffs to out of state buyers using a third party transporter to deliver the dogs. The applicant has applied for a USDA Class A breeders license, but has not completed the prelicense process. An active USDA license is required to undertake this kind of sale. No regulated activities may be conducted until a USDA license is obtained. This inspection and exit interview were conducted with the applicant. n
